Breakfast:
I had 2 Van's Belgian Waffles topped with berries, maple syrup, and dollops of whipped cream. I had some of a Peach Orange Nantucket Nectars juice to drink too.

Lunch:
I had another Garden Vegetable Egg Beaters omelette, along with the rest of my Asian Medley Steamfresh veggies from last night. I seasoned it with a bit of low sodium soy sauce too. (Sorry the pic came out blurry again, I was in a rush!)

I also had about half of a Blue Bunny Birthday Party Ice Cream Sandwich, because I was still hungry after lunch.

Mom had off from work today, so we decided to check out the South Street Seaport this afternoon... It couldn't have been a nicer day to go, and I got a great picture of the view from the pier!

Snack:
We just got some sodas. I got a coke and only had about half the bottle. I rarely drink soda, but I wanted to have a quick "pick me up."

Dinner:
We had dinner at a restaurant that was right on the water called Pacific Grill. I started off with having a wheat roll with a little butter...

Then for my main course, I had one of my favorites... Penne in Vodka Sauce! This was SO good. I sprinkled on a little parmesan cheese too.

The restaurant was very good. We both really enjoyed our dinners! (Mom had shrimp btw.) In over 2 years of living in Manhattan, I never visited the South Street Seaport, but I'm so glad that we did. It really felt like we were out of the city on a summer vacation, which was nice for a change.

Peanut was very happy when we got home though!

Dessert:
I made a... get this... Vita cake! :) I took 2 Vitatop Muffins, spread Nutella on one, made a sandwich out of it, and topped it with more Nutella and strawberries! This was a delicious dessert that saved me both cost and calories compared to what I could have gotten at the restaurant tonight!

My little shower helper and I...

Who could resist kissing that baby?! :)
