Daily Eats ~ July 16th

I am still kind tired from yesterday's trip... so I'm just going to run a few errands and that's about it for today! I only have a few FAQ's, so keep them coming!

Breakfast:
I had the same as yesterday because I just felt like it! 2 Van's Belgian Multigrain Waffles with maple syrup, whipped cream, and berries. I had a glass of orange juice with it (not pictured).

Lunch:
I had an Amy's Spinach Feta in a Pocket Sandwich with a Mott's Peach Medley apple sauce.

Snack:
I decided to go to Berrywild today. They're an awesome frozen yogurt place and they have a couple locations in the city. I used to live across the street from one, but since we moved, I haven't been to one in a long time. I walked a little out of my way, but it was worth it. I got a medium berry smooth plain (which is their original) with strawberries, blueberries, and granola. This location was pretty small, so I was lucky to get a table!

Peanut playing with his foil ball on my bed this afternoon.

Dinner:
I had an Amy's Asian Noodle Stir-Fry and an orange. (I also had a Trader Joe's string cheese later - not pictured.)

Dessert:
I had my last Vitabrownie (I'll have to head back over to Fairway Market soon!), topped with Nutella, a few strawberries and whipped cream. This is a yummy dessert without a lot of calories.

And this my friends, is what I like to call "the duddy." It's a cute little maneuver that Peanut has done ever since he was a tiny baby when we got him. I've never seen a cat put his arms over his head like this. It's so darn cute! I call it "the duddy" because he just duddies around with his arms... I don't know why I call it that, but it's fitting somehow! lol

Today was a huge annoyance... I'll start off by saying that our neighbors upstairs could drive anyone insane. They stomp around and make noise all day long. Today was particularly bad however, because they were deliberately making noise, and get this-- it sounded like they had a drum set(!) up there! I talked to our building manager and super, so there's not much else we can do. They're obviously not allowed to have a bandstand up there, but still... This is a nice building. This sort of crap shouldn't be allowed to go on. I literally cannot wait to leave! As much as I'll miss NYC, I desperately want to live in a house again! Can anyone relate? Any apartment horror stories to share?

Oh, and I also received a letter from Sephora today... I guess I won't be working for them afterall. Their stores are going downhill anyway (they seem to be hiring people that don't have a CLUE about makeup... I mean, wtf?!). I was overqualified to work there. They really mishandled a lot (3 interviews, at 3 different locations, by 3 different people, none of which knew what the other was doing!)... So I can't say that I'm sorry that I won't be working for them. Good riddance, Sephora! (Ok, I suppose I'm a bit sour about it, but I'm not that broken up about it either.)

that is crazy about sephora!!! They are not handling anything well at all it sounds like. Dontcha worry though girly, everything happens for a reason and some other company out there will love to have a employee with the great amount of experience you have! <333

After seeing this..I wish I had a Berrywild!

Our apt management is horrible, its not our neighbors. We just moved into 'luxury' apartments that are really crappy, we move in another month because this unit was so horrible!
