Daily Eats ~ July 20th

Since I today is supposed to be one of the only nice days of the week, I've decided to go up to Fairway Market this morning. Peanut gave me a wake-up call as soon as Mom left for work (like usual!), so it's just a matter of getting myself out the door! lol

Breakfast:
I had 2 slices of Trader Joe's french toast, topped with their own maple syrup and whipped cream, with strawberries alongside. I also had not one, but two apple juice boxes (they are tiny and I woke up really thirsty this morning!).

I stocked up on lots of goodies at Fairway Market... including more VitaBrownies!! :) It's always mobbed there, but the prices are good and they have an amazing selection! I love their upper level, which is where they keep all the healthy, organic foods. I got lots of Amy's products, some fruit, and of course, chocolate! :)

Lunch:
I had a Van's Veggie, Egg & Cheese Pocket Sandwich with a Mott's Peach Medley apple sauce.

Snack:
I had a Clif Builder's Cookies 'N Cream Bar. (20 grams of vegan protein! :)

Peanut's afternoon nap...

Dinner:
I had a MorningStar Farms mushroom veggie burger on a Rudi's Organic whole wheat bun, with 2 slices of american cheese & ketchup alongside. I had Cascadian Farm's purely steam broccoli & carrots veggie side along with it-- I got this new product today at Fairway, and I thought it was very good! I was really pleased with this dinner. It was easy to make and tasty too!

Dessert:
I had one of my beloved chocolate VitaBrownies with the last of my Nutella (luckily I bought another jar today.. lol), and a few strawberries with whipped cream.

Nutella really hits the spot with those PMS cravings! I also had a handful of Goldfish crackers later... I swear I've been PMS'ing for at least a week now... crazy! Anyways, I've added an FAQ reminder in the upper right hand corner of the blog. I'm still composing a list of them and I'd like to get as many as I can, so please send them! Thank you my lovelies!

Hey Marina, it's all about that time of the month, isn't it? The week before with the cravings, the week during, with the aspirin or Tylenol, the week afterwards with the extra laundry, and the seven miraculously free days in between the rest. I bless the curse though. It is the greatest symbol of our creativity, and our creativity involves so much more than making babies. Courage!
